Often, a blender is a handy way to process down certain foods or smoothies that will help you along your journey to health and fitness. The bioavailability of nutrients and convenience makes blenders a great self-love gift. For the smooth results, and ease of use we recommend:

I definitely watched that and Forks Over Knives. I took a couple of months to transition. I am fully vegan at this point. I feel amazing. Allergies, daily headaches and arthritis is gone. I don’t really tell anyone because they wouldn’t believe me. That is fine. I found the lifestyle that is right for me and I love it! So sorry that I didn’t start this when I was younger. I just turned 47 a few weeks ago. But…that is ok. I still have the second half of my life to feel amazing and be proud of the lifestyle that I am living.
I have a lot of extra weight to loose, that is slowing coming off. I am trying not to focus on that so much. My focus right now is to live a healthy, vegan lifestyle and get strong!
I just found found your link on Instagram. I am very excited! Great information, that I plan on using and delicious looking recipes that I can not wait to make for me and my family.
