I’ve heard every excuse in the book when it comes to people not wanting to give veganism a try. From “It’s such an expensive lifestyle!” to “How will I get enough protein?”, the list of excuses have become absurdly long (and wrong). But the most common one I’ve heard is “There aren’t any good dairy/meat alternatives to my favourite foods, like ice cream!”
But that excuse will cease to exist in a little bit…
Hold on to your horses, cause Haagen-Dazs has released some very exciting news. They’re releasing their Vegan Ice Cream all across the United States!
The flavors are another reason to get excited. They’re not your basic vanilla, strawberry, and/or chocolate. Instead, they’ve got some fancy new flavors: Chocolate Salted Fudge Truffle, Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge, Mocha Chocolate Cookie, and Coconut Caramel.
If your mouth isn’t watering yet, wait till you hear their description of the ice cream process:

Now, this isn’t exactly a new thing, this tasty vegan alternative was available at Target for the past 6 months, but they will be rolling it out across the US in the next few weeks. Sorry rest of the world, you’re going to have to sit tight for a little bit longer…
I don’t know about you, but I’m going on a grocery shopping trip to pick up a few cartons of this yummy treat!
