One small positive action in the morning can change your whole day. And starting the day with a plant based breakfast rather than a pound of meat is like an extra long snuggle with your boyfriend.

Meatless mornings. It’s the challenge that we’ve used to make our own transition from steak eating, veggie shaming dudes to avocado crushing and smoothie slurping gents. The more we ate vegetables in the mornings, the more energetic we felt and less dependant on coffee we became. Our bodies began screaming, “sweet Christmas, keep the Kale coming.”

We are two entrepreneurs who have a love for personal development and growth. It just so happened that making the move to a more plant-based diet was a step in that direction. Since high school, we’ve competed on a regular and this time we decided we were going to compete in seeing who could eat no meat day each morning for the longest period of time. Over time, we both kept going and didn’t back down. We realized that this was no longer just a challenge (we’ve both tried many) it was a lifestyle change. It was a lifestyle change that could move into lunch, dinner and all other aspects of eating.

Our plant based challenge was our kickstart to a healthier lifestyle. We both started feeling better about our health, ethical decisions and the impact we were having on the planet.

We’re super excited to share this new simple habit & challenge with everyone we could! So we decided to put it out there to the world and host a 30-Day Meatless Morning Challenge.

We’ve seen people balance their blood sugar, get more energy, feel better about their true love of animals, become more compassionate, closer to their families, lose weight without trying, have more energy, and feel better in their bodies.
