- 1 cup dairy free milk
- 1 ripe large banana, peeled
- 1 ½ Tablespoons blanched almond flour
- ½ scoop Vega One All in One Nutritional Shake
- ¼ cup vegan vanilla yogurt
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
